Every job gets one number the moment it first comes in, and that number stays the same across Pipedrive, SharePoint, Float, Rentman and Frame.io. So anyone can find any job in any system without knowing what someone else decided to call it.
For work that isn't in Pipedrive. Nothing is written back — this exists in the register only.
An agency pays on someone else's behalf. Direct means they pay for their own work. Individual is a person.
Separate each spelling with a comma. These make the client findable however anyone types it, and stop a second record being created later.
Marking this project as incorrect puts a flag against it for others to see. It will also notify the user via email. They can then choose to edit the project if appropriate.
Any project flagged as not right can only be cleared by an admin.
Your name will only be visible to an Admin. Not to the team.
What's wrong with it?
A job often exists in more than one place. These are the ones TagFlow could find — nothing happens unless you say so.
The job stays in TagFlow, faded out and struck through, so its number is visibly retired and never given to another job. Nobody can edit it, it drops out of Edit, Reports, Clients, FastFind and MediaFlow's job list, and only admins can open its details.
Linking adds to the end of the video's description in Skiv. Unlinking removes just that line. Titles and the rest of the description are left alone.
Creates the job folder and its structure inside the client’s Frame.io project. Safe to run twice — anything already there is left alone.
Production Assets is always created.
Search every deal in Pipedrive. Picking one turns this into a fully registered project and writes the name back to the deal.
They'll get an email and set their own password.
